virtually free labor. They were hired hands on
farms, home security, pest control and
soldiers in war. Obedience was not an option,
it was a minimal expectation.

As times changed, so did the role of the
canine. Now dogs' are beloved family
members, taking the place of furry children.
Doggy day-cares, pet sitters, and pet spas are
everywhere. Unfortunately however, so are
canine obedience problems.

If your best buddy isn't always on his best
behavior you're not alone. According to the
SPCA (Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to
Animals) an estimated 2 million dogs a year
are brought to shelters due to behavior
problems.

Helping Paws is a business dedicated to
assisting dog owners restore peace in their
human-canine household. We believe that
practicing four basic principals (Leadership,
Training, Respect, Activities) is the key to a
well-rounded and well-behaved dog.
